Effective August 12, 2026, the property currently known as Varsity on K is under new ownership and management and will be transitioning to the new name Haven on K.

The new property owner is HH DC Westend Core Fund LLC, with the business entity HH DC Property II LLC. The property will be managed by HH Red Stone.
